All items will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours of the order placement. All items will ship via Priority Mail. The selected carrier is responsible for all lost or damaged items and Utica Coffee Roasting Co. will do their part in filing a claim and replacing lost items only. Utica Coffee Roasting Co. is not responsible for any shipping length interruptions (i.e. natural disasters, carrier delays, pandemics etc.).
